Our electric and pneumatic hydraulic pumps have a variety of convenient features to operate any single or double acting hydraulic cylinder including hydraulic wrenches, nut splitters, flange spreaders and tensioners.
The manual power units have unique sealed reservoir technology” to prevent contamination of the environment and are ideal for offshore operations of any device with a single acting hydraulic cylinder up to 10,000 psi.
Custom units needing higher flow rates for special applications can be manufactured to your specifications.

Power Pack Standard Flow 1500 Bar, 21,570 psi - Air Driven
TL-1507 designed for use with all TORQLITE 1500 bar tooling
This higher oil delivery, air driven hydraulic pump is mounted in a tubular steel transportable frame painted blue. The pack is supplied complete with air inlet connector, air filter, air pressure regulator, air lubricator, air pressure gauge, air pressure limit valve, pump on/off control, oil reservoir, oil pressure release valve, oil pressure gauge, gauge guard, air/hydraulic pump and high pressure oil outlet through a self sealing quick connect coupling.
TL-1507 is a higher oil flow rate pump designed for use with all BOLTIGHT 1500 bar tooling where speed of operation is essential. Especially useful when using multiple large tools.
A lower delivery and less costly pump TL-1506 is also available. Ask for Data Sheet TL-1506
Pumps for 1000 bar, 2000 bar, and 2500 bar working pressures are also available.
Custom built power packs, with any number of outlets, to suit your existing tooling or with special features are available on request.

Electric Hydraulic Torque Wrench Pump
TL-TP (110) and TL-TP (230) Models
Hydraulic power unit engineered to continuously and reliably operate a variety of hydraulically powered torque wrenches operating up to 700 bar / 10,150 psi.
This compact design utilizes a finned housing with integral fan that eliminates the need for an external cooler. Directly mounted pressure and directional control valves eliminate additional plumbing and potential leak points while keeping the unit compact.
Pendant control for manual advance and automatic retract operation.
